On the 19/8/20 I did a reading task. I read a book called Olden Days. This book is where time travellers come and see all the stuff in the past but for us it is now. The task we had was to pretend that you came back to your old school 15 years ago and talk about how it has changed and the differences.

 Reflection

What did I enjoy? I enjoyed when we wrote because it was very free and write anything you want.

What did I do well? Maybe the creativity and how you can do anything that goes with it.

What should I improve on? The descriptive writing and add more doing words.

What would you think if people came from the future?

ALiM Rotations Drawing

I.A.L.T create a blog post about one thing we did this week


On the 6/8/2020 I did a ALIM  rotations. It is a rotation of handwriting, free writing and drawing. We do it every week while a small group of students do extra math work with the teacher. Today I was on drawing. My drawing is of a minion that was summoned from a dark mage and latches on the ground and rises it up. It tries to hurt people, so the other people try to stop him. There are other mages with other abilities like air, fire, water and  earth.  If you inspect more you can see their are more things in the drawings but I wont go over them cause it would be to long. 

Reflection
What did I enjoy? I enjoyed drawing the images because I get to be creative and draw what I'm interested in.
What did I find challenging? Probably the water mage drawing him on the right.
What do I think I can improve on? I could just getting better at drawing in general since I draw stick men. Tell me some doodle story that you have done!

Kiwi Can

On 5/8/2020 our class went to kiwi can and im gonna tell what  happed and what we learnt.

As we got there we were turned into iceberg's because it was freezing,   The kiwi can teacher Jodicy said we were gonna play a quick game of stop walk clap jump so we heat up,  The rules are if Jodicy says clap you clap  there were four commands stop walk clap jump we  played it three times and I won the last game which was awesome!  Then we sat in a circle and said the catch phase for kiwi can ,right is right even when no one is doing it wrong is wrong even when every one is doing it, It was really fun to go there so Here is some question i will answer.

What did you find challenging?: winning the games because of how changeling it was.

What did you enjoy?: playing the games because the games we played were fun.

How to make a good blog comment

On  30/7/2020 W.A.L.T make a blog post about how to make a good blog comment.

This morning we did some digital fluency with Whaea Donna. What we did was when the teacher warned us about  spam which is a robot that goes on your blog post and comment's inappropriate stuff in the comment's and she tells us ways to stop it  like putting it into  a spam box which makes it go to google. Then we went on the Chromebooks and go on this slideshow were we had to watch  a video, Then mark were there are keywords with the time stamp We had to do two. What did you enjoy?: watching the video and learning new thing to improve my blog post.
What did you find challenging?: putting the words in the box because when you do that the video resets

Speed Test

On the 26/6/2020 i did a speed test where you have a buddy and go though these test and my buddy was rusty (rusty blogs) and at the bottom you can see our time this was super fun and it was awesome hey click here to try it your self comment your time!

Kiwi Can

W.A.L.T today we are learning to write about our time at kiwi can.

On the 24/6/2020 I went to kiwi can and im gonna tell you what we did so what we did first was sit in a circle and say there song it goes. When  time get tough  dont disparate bounce back up and make a stand after that then we all went up on a wall and played octopus  it where there was 3 taggers and if you got tagged you had to stay still but you could tag standing still then if you dont you have to make it to the other side that hose on till one person is left.  We added some more rules like only tag on one feet and I was one of the taggers then I learnt to have patience waiting for some one to get close after that we had to play a game called traffic light. It where you run when you say green light and stop when there say red light if you move when the teacher says red light you out so we played and it was fun then we went back to class by the way have you played one of these games before?

My Turtle Artwork

W.A.L.T to upload our art and write about it. 

Last term I did a artwork of a turtle and what im gonna do is tell you how to do a turtle art work and how I did it. First thing I did was get a turtle and you could see the shell pieces on it all together.  What I had to do there was a  pattern on each one with pencil. Next with a black marker draw over the pencil and while your doing that our teacher was calling out some of our names. When that happens you get some paint and color your background I think I could have done better because some of the colour look bland and not very bight. But i did like making the pattern and I like the pattern the most then you cut out the turtle and glue it on your background then your done also have you seen a baby turtle before?
