Speed Test

On the 26/6/2020 i did a speed test where you have a buddy and go though these test and my buddy was rusty (rusty blogs) and at the bottom you can see our time this was super fun and it was awesome hey click here to try it your self comment your time!

Kiwi Can

W.A.L.T today we are learning to write about our time at kiwi can.

On the 24/6/2020 I went to kiwi can and im gonna tell you what we did so what we did first was sit in a circle and say there song it goes. When  time get tough  dont disparate bounce back up and make a stand after that then we all went up on a wall and played octopus  it where there was 3 taggers and if you got tagged you had to stay still but you could tag standing still then if you dont you have to make it to the other side that hose on till one person is left.  We added some more rules like only tag on one feet and I was one of the taggers then I learnt to have patience waiting for some one to get close after that we had to play a game called traffic light. It where you run when you say green light and stop when there say red light if you move when the teacher says red light you out so we played and it was fun then we went back to class by the way have you played one of these games before?

My Turtle Artwork

W.A.L.T to upload our art and write about it. 

Last term I did a artwork of a turtle and what im gonna do is tell you how to do a turtle art work and how I did it. First thing I did was get a turtle and you could see the shell pieces on it all together.  What I had to do there was a  pattern on each one with pencil. Next with a black marker draw over the pencil and while your doing that our teacher was calling out some of our names. When that happens you get some paint and color your background I think I could have done better because some of the colour look bland and not very bight. But i did like making the pattern and I like the pattern the most then you cut out the turtle and glue it on your background then your done also have you seen a baby turtle before? 

Story about my name is Rez

On the 22/5/2020 I read a book called my name is Rez its where this little girl in a country  cant do their culture and they where getting bombed so they moved to New Zealand and so there she had to learn how to speak English and now she lives in Auckland and has a job I she that the main plot is that she is moving alot and cant do much but its solved by moving to New Zealand.  What i do think is the most significant  part is adapting to the culture anyway do you have any people you know that moved really far away?

My name is rez

On the 21/5/20 I read a book called my name is Rez and what we had to do is read the book and take 6 interesting  words and see what there meaning is and use it in a sentence  but first ill tell you about the book.  Its these people in a foreign  country and there moving everywhere and they cant do anything of their culture but they become refugees  and moves to New Zealand but they dont know how to speak English so the girl of the story only knows one English

Am Sum letter

On the 20/5/20 I did a letter about a book called Bok Choy where this one guy called Am Sum came from China to New Zealand we had to pretend that we are him and writing a letter to his family. this is what I did any way have you wrote a letter to some one before?

Review on Bok Choy

On the 20/5/20, I read a book called Bok Choy its when a boy named Jacob and his mum are buying a cabbage called Bok Choy from a man named Am Sum. He is from China and their neighbors call the Bok Choy muck and are mean to them. Jacob knew he would get bullied at school so he went  fishing instead. Then he fell in the fast moving stream but then Am Sum saved him and he woke up in his tent.  His mum came and asked if he was alright and was going to pay Am Sum, but he said no money no problem. Then the neighbors came and said Am Sum would sell his mum for money but Jacob's mum stood up for him. The end. I think the book is okay I would like humor though my favorite part in it is  the part were Jacob gets saved. By the way have you ever fell in a river before?
