Story about my name is Rez

On the 22/5/2020 I read a book called my name is Rez its where this little girl in a country  cant do their culture and they where getting bombed so they moved to New Zealand and so there she had to learn how to speak English and now she lives in Auckland and has a job I she that the main plot is that she is moving alot and cant do much but its solved by moving to New Zealand.  What i do think is the most significant  part is adapting to the culture anyway do you have any people you know that moved really far away?

On the 21/5/20 I read a book called my name is Rez and what we had to do is read the book and take 6 interesting  words and see what there meaning is and use it in a sentence  but first ill tell you about the book.  Its these people in a foreign  country and there moving everywhere and they cant do anything of their culture but they become refugees  and moves to New Zealand but they dont know how to speak English so the girl of the story only knows one English

Am Sum letter

On the 20/5/20 I did a letter about a book called Bok Choy where this one guy called Am Sum came from China to New Zealand we had to pretend that we are him and writing a letter to his family. this is what I did any way have you wrote a letter to some one before?

Review on Bok Choy

On the 20/5/20, I read a book called Bok Choy its when a boy named Jacob and his mum are buying a cabbage called Bok Choy from a man named Am Sum. He is from China and their neighbors call the Bok Choy muck and are mean to them. Jacob knew he would get bullied at school so he went  fishing instead. Then he fell in the fast moving stream but then Am Sum saved him and he woke up in his tent.  His mum came and asked if he was alright and was going to pay Am Sum, but he said no money no problem. Then the neighbors came and said Am Sum would sell his mum for money but Jacob's mum stood up for him. The end. I think the book is okay I would like humor though my favorite part in it is  the part were Jacob gets saved. By the way have you ever fell in a river before?

Am sum's hut

On the 18/5/20 i did a reading assessment were we had to recreate this hut in a book we read. It was called bok choy. We had to have add lots of detail the book is about this mum and a kid there neighbors are mean to them because they are foreigners and the boy did not want to go to school. So he went to try catch some fish but he silped and fell in the fast moving river then he woke up and this man called am sums was there and he saved him. Then his mum came and then the mean neighbors came and was being mean but the mum stood up for them selves. By the way have you been a foreigners in a country?

 

How to do a storyboard

On the 7/4/2020 I did a summary about a book I read in a storyboard so im gonna tell you how you can do your own the first thing you should do is  type   storyboard and will take a photo and paste it then you have little boxes which is where you write the story and summary it then  after that insert a pitcher of what your telling and your done. By the way have you done this before?

School picnic

On the 7/4/2020 I did a drawing about a school picnic  and what there thinking it was really fun to draw it and make what their thinking like there is a person in a tree thinking about being in a cloud people on the mats thinking of food the other people on the chair thinking about Xbox and ps4 also if you were to do this what would you make someone think.

On the 4/5/2020 I did a diary about this guy how went to war when it was world war 1  he didn't  even wont to go but he had to and we had to write what he would think if we were going and this is what I did by the way do you make diary's?

Anzac poster

on the 4/5/2020 i did a poster about Anzac day i wrote whats important about it and also i did what happened like how over 8000 solders went to war and most of them died and that what Anzac is about reminding  the solders who died did three pitchers  the gravestones  the people going to war and the popies which is where the solders died. By the way what is your favorite flower

On the 4/5/2020 I did a Anzac ted where what we had to do is get a bear a make it look like its gone to war I took me a little bit to do it and it was cool to make it what he has is two bandages one on his foot and one on his eyes he also has a hat on his ear blond stains and a gun I wonder have any of your relatives been at war?
